Smitten & Swoon is a Boulder photographer specializing in newborn, baby, child & family photography in and around the foothills of Boulder, Colorado.

My style is influenced by the golden light of Colorado, fields swept by wind, big skies and rocky mountains. I am inspired to bottle up all the love and all the magic of our lives.

I photograph clients along the Front Range of Colorado including Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder, Denver, Cherry Creek, Highlands Ranch, Westminster, Lafayette, Arvada, Aurora, Thornton, Wheatridge, Lakewood, Centennial, Golden, Broomfield, Louisville and beyond.

Out of state clients who are willing to travel to Colorado can book photo sessions with me. I’m also happy to travel outside of Colorado for your custom photo session.

Thank you for your interest in my photography!

I graduated with a master’s degree in education, but it wasn’t until my son was born and we moved to the Caribbean that I picked up a camera and never looked back. Photographing our quiet life by the sea inspired my photography journey.

Today I run a photography boutique in Boulder specializing in newborn, child and family photography. Living on a farm in Colorado with my husband, son and daughter, I love to capture the light and magic of our lives.

I am a Nikon Ambassador, Profoto Ambassador, and I lead photography retreats and workshops both locally and internationally.

When I’m not out photographing for my children and clients, I love gardening,  ski days with my family, long swims in the sunshine, dark chocolate and slow cups of jasmine tea.
