Here’s a peek at a mini maternity session we did a couple weeks ago.  Amy looks so beautiful in her flowing plum colored gown.  The autumn colors are stunning against the blue of the Flatirons.  A simple black dress is always such a great choice for photo sessions.  Paired with turquoise, it looks simple and doesn’t take the attention away from what matters.  The happy smile, and perfect belly.  We had a wonderful time photographing Amy.  The sunny day gave way to sunset storm clouds that added to the drama of the images.  Sometimes soft, cloudy light can help a photo session.  Skin glows under soft cloudy light.  We can shoot from all directions too, which allowed us that perfect view of the Flatirons.  I can’t wait to meet Amy’s baby boy in just a few short weeks!
