We have lots of newborn babies coming into the studio this spring!  Here is the tiniest of peeks from a recent boulder maternity photography session.  This mama and dad-to-be came into the studio before the sun came up to get ready for their session.  This was our first sunrise session, and I can’t believe the difference in the quality of light in the morning verses the colors at sunset.  The sky glows with more pink warmth in the morning.  The sun seemed to rise so much slower.  The sky was like a watercolor painting.  We watched the full moon sink below the mountains as the pink orange sun rose.  It was a really magical morning.  This mama wore a stunning dress and the wind picked it up at just the right moment so it flowed as they danced.  You can’t even tell that she’s freezing cold!  I loved having a background of pasture and pastel sky.  We hope for many more sunrise sessions.  I can hardly wait to meet their baby in a couple weeks!
